Welcome to Fairoaks Movers. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Fairoaks Movers offers residential, commercial, local, and long-distance moving services, including packing, unpacking, storage, and delivery. Services are subject to availability and agreement at the time of booking.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided are based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on the actual time, distance, volume, and complexity of the move. Binding estimates require a written agreement.

3. Booking and Cancellations

To confirm a booking, customers may be required to provide a deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate moving details (addresses, inventory, time)

• Securing valuables or fragile items

• Being present or assigning someone during pickup and delivery

5. Limitations of Liability

While we handle all items with care, Fairoaks Movers is not liable for:

• Damage due to poor packing by the customer

• Items not disclosed before the move

• Losses caused by natural disasters, weather, or delays beyond our control

We encourage you to insure valuable or fragile items separately.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If any item is damaged or lost during the move, it must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing with photos and relevant details.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, live animals, or perishable goods.

8. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, or bank transfer.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for scheduling and providing services. We do not share or sell your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved through local courts.
